Who We Are

We are more than just a restaurant

Our History

Prum’s Kitchen was founded in 2019 by a family of Cambodian immigrants and their children, bringing the unique flavor profile of Southeast Asia to classic American cuisine. From rice dishes to traditional pairings, the tenderness and spices of the Cambodian culture revitalize and refresh the common take on traditional dishes to bring you the comfort of home and the thrill of culinary adventure.

Our primary love languages are Wonderful Food and Acts of Service, and we firmly believe in a family-centric experience surrounded by fresh ingredients and amazing people. First founded in Gainesville, Florida, Prum’s Kitchen is now beginning its Cambodian-American-Fusion journey to share our exceptional creations with people across the nation.

Thank you for supporting our journey and allowing us to live out the American Dream – without you, our extended family, none of this would be possible.

With Warm Regards,

The Prum Family
